Fresh from its mill on the banks of the River Nore in Kilkenny, comes The Little Mill range of home-grown flours and delicious baking mixes. The flour is milled in the same traditional way today, that it was hundreds of years ago and the result is a range of flours that have a wonderfully unique flavour and are free from any additives and preservatives. Put simply, nothing has been added and nothing taken away!
Many of the flours, including The Little Mill Wholemeal flour, one of the most popular in the range, are made mostly from wheat that has been grown within 20km of the mill and are ideal for baking a host of delicious bakery treats – from bread and cakes to scones and biscuits.
The Little Mill also offers three easy to use baking mixes, which makes either traditional Irish Soda Bread, indulgent Brownies and fluffy Scones.
